Xander Nicolson

Advocacy & Data Visualization Coordinator

Xander brings analytical and economic expertise to the Political Empathy Project team. Prior to partnering with PEP, Xander worked with Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign, helping with data collection and voter registration. He also navigated the world of industrial supply as a Product Transition Specialist at McMaster-Carr, where he established relationships with new suppliers and negotiated product pricing.

Xander received his B.A. in Economics from the College of Wooster, where he completed his senior thesis on the impact that intellectual property rights have on income inequality in developing countries. Xander currently lives just outside of Chicago, and is working towards a Master of Public Health from Loyola University.
